Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Optician.
• Minimum of three years of related administrative or clinic management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations across four NCEENT locations, focusing on patient flow, scheduling, access metrics, and service recovery.
• Supervise clinic staff (non‑nursing), including scheduling, duties, performance evaluations, and training.
• Monitor operational metrics and ensure safety, regulatory, and infection control compliance.
