Shopko in Alexandria, MN is seeking a full-time Clerical Associate to support the Optical center team. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering calls, booking appointments, and handling patient files with attention to detail. Proficiency with basic computer skills and office equipment is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Able to handle multiple customer interactions/phone calls at a time.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers.
• Answer the telephone in a professional manner.
• Book appointments accurately.
• Process transactions in the optical billing and point of sale systems.
• Process medical billing information.
• Organize and file patient and customer records.
