AEG Vision in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking an Optical Consultant to support patient care alongside Optometrists and to ensure excellent patient experiences.

You will perform pre-exam evaluations, manage records in the EHR, and assist with contact lens fittings and administrative tasks in a busy practice.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED, attention to detail, strong communication, and basic MS Office skills; on-site, full-time or part-time options may apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary evaluations before the exam (dilation, topical meds, diagnostic tests).
• Schedule referrals and maintain patient records in EHR systems.
• Assist with contact lens fittings and inventory management.
• Answer patient questions and support Optometrist during visits.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organize frame boards.
