Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking an Optical Associate to assist members with eyewear selection, measurement, and repairs. You will process orders, verify prescriptions, and educate customers on lens options and lens care.

• Willingness to pursue state licensure as an apprentice/optician where required.
• Experience in optical retail or healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with eyewear purchases, measurements, and frame adjustments.
• Process eyewear and contact lens orders and verify prescription details.
• educate members on eyewear care, and support lens and frame repairs.
• Operate POS, handle payments, returns, and refunds per policy.
