Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking an Optical Associate to assist Members with purchases, answer questions, and promote products. You will stock displays, price merchandise, and maintain the Optical area in line with company policy.

You will operate cash registers, process payments, returns, and exchanges, and help with measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses while ensuring a high level of member service.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Stock merchandise, set up displays, price items, and maintain organization.
• Maintain Optical area by handling claims, returns, and organizing shelves and displays.
• Process purchases at registers and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Assist with measuring, adjusting, and repairing eyewear; manage eyewear orders.
