Mansioni

• Stock and merchandise presentation in Optical area, process claims and returns, and operate POS.
• Educate members on eyewear usage and care; assist with frame/lens selection and repairs.
• Perform eyewear/contacts orders, measure pupillary distance, and ensure proper lens verification.
• Conduct final inspections of eyewear and coordinate with labs/optometrists for updates.
• Support OD services, patient scheduling, and HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping.
