The role is full-time with responsibilities including payments processing, insurance claims where applicable, and ensuring product quality and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent on entry.
• Willingness and ability to obtain ABO certification within 15 months.
• State licensure/apprenticeship requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with eyewear purchases, measurements and frame adjustments.
• Process eyewear and contact lens orders; handle payments and refunds as needed.
• Maintain and organize the Optical area following company procedures and policies.
