Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent upon job entry or within 12 months of hire.
• Must obtain ABO certification within 15 months of hire.
• Willingness to register and maintain an NPI number as required by state law.
• Must complete state licensure requirements within 18 months for full-time associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear purchases, measurements, and repairs.
• Process optical orders, insurance claims, and payments at the point of sale.
• Perform final eyewear inspection and ensure calibration of optical equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and pre-testing where applicable.
