Walmart in Davenport, FL is hiring for an Optician/Optical Associate to assist members with eyewear purchases, measure pupillary distance, and process transactions. You will stock and maintain the Optical area, educate customers on lens options, and coordinate with labs for orders and repairs.

Strong customer service and retail experience preferred. Responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments where applicable, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and store policies.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with optical products and services.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist members with eyewear purchases and fittings.
• Stock, organize, and maintain Optical area and displays.
• Process transactions, payments, returns, and exchanges at POS.
• Educate members on eyewear care and lens options; measure pupillary distance.
• Coordinate with labs/optometrists for orders and repairs; schedule appointments as needed.
