Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent upon job entry or within 12 months to sit for ABO exam.
• Must obtain ABO certification within 15 months of hire or entry.
• Must obtain state licensure or apprenticeship as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Stock and stock merchandise, set up displays, sign and price items, and manage damaged goods.
• Handle sales, returns, exchanges, and payments using the POS system.
• Educate members on eyewear care and assist with frame adjustments, measurements, and lens orders.
• Process optical orders and coordinate lab communications for product updates.
