• Receives, staffs, and processes sales and refunds through the POS system; handles payments and exchanges.
• Educates members on eyewear usage and care; assists in frame/lens adjustments and orders.
• Schedules appointments and supports OD services under supervision; ensures HIPAA compliance and records accuracy.
