Responsibilities

• Ensure Team Members deliver an outstanding guest experience, coaching to brand rules.
• Help Team Members understand the Playground Rules and guest readiness as success factors.
• Orchestrate floor flow and be a caretaker to guests and team members.
• Develop clear action plans for development for Team Members.
• Ensure Team Members are accountable to action plans and commitments.
• Deliver motivating and developmental feedback timely.
