Target Optical is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a team and deliver a WOW guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee staffing, training, and coaching to ensure outstanding customer service, sales performance, and adherence to brand standards across the store. The role emphasizes relationship-building with guests and clinicians, inventory control, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Opticianary License or American Board of Opticials Certification as required by state law.
• 3+ years experience in customer service or retail.
• Recruiting, selection and development of talent.
• Selling skills.
• Motivating and influencing others.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding guest experience with every guest, every time by coaching the playground rules.
• Sets clear expectations for Guest Ready and store readiness.
• Develops clear action plans for immediate and future development.
• Keeps Team Members accountable to actions and commitments.
• Provides timely, constructive feedback and coaching.
• Maintains a culture of Simple, Fun and In-style.
• Executes annual performance reviews and monthly coaching sessions.
• Builds strong professional relationships with Target Optical doctors where applicable.
• Manages staffing and schedules to meet business needs and peak times.
• Completes payroll and new hire paperwork weekly.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and promotions.
