Target Optical is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver a WOW guest experience. You will drive store performance, manage scheduling and payroll, and maintain strong relationships with optical staff and doctors where applicable.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring merchandising and promotions align with brand goals, while staying within policy and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Opticianary License or ABO Certification as required by state law.
• 3+ years experience in customer service or retail.
• Strong selling skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding guest experience by modeling the brand rules.
• Develops action plans for immediate and future development.
• Manages schedules and payroll; ensures store operations run smoothly.
• Recruits and develops talent; conducts performance conversations.
