• Provide timely feedback and foster a culture of simplicity, fun and style.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and store visits to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the Target Optical doctor and retail teams to grow business.
• Manage schedules and payroll, ensuring coverage and efficiency.
