Job summary

National Vision, Inc. in Tarentum, PA is seeking a store leader to oversee the eyeglass department, drive sales, and manage staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and outstanding customer service.

You will forecast staffing, coach associates, review financials, and coordinate in-store promotions with management and corporate to deliver a high‑performing customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical sales and supervising staff.
• Ability to lead and coach associates.
• Understanding of store operations and promotions.
• Strong communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales, and performance goals (P&L).
• Oversee the eyeglass department for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure the team does the same.
• Ensure quality standards; review remakes and enforce policies.
• Communicate with General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office; provide store reporting.
• Ensure promotions and visual merchandising are in place and understood.
• Supervise and motivate Opticians and CL Sales associates (and Receptionists where applicable).
• Assist with forecasting staffing needs, recruiting, and retention.
• Motivate associates to meet and exceed performance targets.
• In some locations, license requirements may apply and vary.
