Addison Group is seeking a seasoned Business Support Lead in Austin, TX to oversee operational support across teams and ensure efficient day-to-day business operations. This onsite role requires leadership in coordinating resources, processes, and communications to support internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in support/ops, strong organizational and communication skills, and a track record of improving workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in support/services/operations or related field.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient with standard business software and technology platforms.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Experience in construction, design, furniture, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day support service activities to maintain efficient operations.
• Oversee workflows, priorities, and service requests with timely follow-through.
• Partner with internal departments to identify operational needs and implement solutions.
• Serve as a primary contact for support questions, issues, and escalations.
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain procedures, documentation, and guidelines.
• Help establish priorities and allocate resources based on business needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to address challenges and support goals.
• Track key service metrics and provide updates to management.
• Assist with training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Promote consistent service standards and positive experiences for internal/external partners.
• Support special projects and process-improvement initiatives.
