Job summary

Adecco in Austin and surrounding areas is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager across Post-Retail Outlet, Recycling, Dock, and Operations. The role oversees daily workflows, safety, and efficiency to help meet productivity and service goals.

You will supervise hourly team members, ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies, manage budgets, and foster a safe, clean, and collaborative work environment in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, recycling, warehouse operations, or related field.
• Supervising 50+ employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing outlet, recycling, dock, and warehouse operations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, safety inspections, and readiness.
• Monitor daily workflows for efficient processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, professional environment.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members.
