Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop package handlers and administrative staff.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff per FedEx policies.
• Ensure safe, efficient sortation and adherence to cost controls.
• Communicate daily goals and updates to the team; lead meetings.
• Address employee concerns and administer recognition and performance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and FedEx FXG policies.
