Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a champion for FedEx Safety Above All Culture and support related initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations and assign staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, recognize, and address staff performance and attendance as needed.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate updates and goals; present to small and large audiences.
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies, procedures and safety training requirements.
