Federal Express Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to champion the Safety Above All culture while directing day-to-day operations and an assigned staff. You will oversee packaging sortation, staff performance, training, and adherence to FedEx policies and government regulations.

You will lead meetings, drive improvements, mentor supervisors, and adapt to changing needs in a dynamic facility. Must have strong leadership, communication, and EMS/compliance focus with a high school

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate's Degree in related area or 2+ years of college toward a degree.
• Six (6) months experience in package handler or supervisory role, or military supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Champion FedEx Safety Above All Culture and support related initiatives.
• Manage hiring, coaching, training, recognition, performance evaluation, and discipline.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign staff for safe and efficient package sortation and cost control.
• Analyze performance and drive improvements through data and collaboration.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates and goals to teams.
• Maintain confidential employee relations and safety programs.
• Train new employees on duties, FXG policies, safety and QA requirements.
• Mentor and develop junior Operations Supervisors.
