Cornerstone Caregiving in Warren, MI seeks a Director of Operations and Sales to lead this branch, accelerate growth, and deliver exceptional in-home care that enables seniors to age in place.

You will own staffing, marketing, referrals, client relationships, budgeting, and culture. This full-time role offers a base salary of $80,000 with a 20% quarterly profit share; relocation is required and a company car is provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living).
• Hire, onboard, and staff shifts; monitor on-call duties from clients, caregivers, partners.
• Conduct client intakes and ensure satisfaction through in-home assessments.
• Oversee the branch budget and monitor profitability.
• Create an engaging workplace culture and motivate the team.
