Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Fredericksburg, TX seeks a Director to independently manage and grow this established branch, overseeing operations, staffing, marketing, client relations, and staff development.

The role offers a base salary of $100,000 with a 10% quarterly profit share, plus health/dental/vision, a company car for work and personal use with paid gas, a cell phone stipend, and unlimited PTO; relocation before starting is required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with teams.
• Track record of meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and staff oversight.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members; ensure shifts are properly staffed; monitor on-call responsiveness.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget as reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Cultivate workplace culture and motivate the team to achieve high performance.
