Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn how to independently run a financially viable dental office. The program blends structured curriculum, on-the-job practice and mentoring. After completing the OM Development Program, you are expected to manage a team at multiple offices within 4-6 months.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, issue resolution, and driving revenue growth while controlling expenses. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Driver license and travel to multiple offices; reliable transportation.

• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, creative solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with Owner Dentist support.

• Develop and mentor team for the Perfect Patient Experience.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance feedback.
• Maintain professional appearance and communications with supervisors.
