Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn and apply the skills needed to independently run a PDS-supported dental office in a fast-paced environment. The program emphasizes structured curriculum, on-the-job practice, and development meetings with supervision.

You will work across Front and Back Office operations, driving efficiency, coaching staff, and aligning with company standards while traveling between offices as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five+ years in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; vehicle check at hire.
• Travel to multiple offices daily; reliable transportation.
• Alternate transportation acceptable if license/insurance not available.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and operational practices.
• Hire, train, and retain right-fit team members.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals.
• Ensure cash management and accounting protocols are followed.
• Lead team development for the Perfect Patient Experience.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback.
