Job summary

Responsibilities include planning daily operations, mentoring supervisors, directing safety strategies, and maintaining strong communication with teams.

• Manage hiring, coaching, training, performance, recognition and staff productivity.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily operations.
• Assign and manage staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Analyze performance and drive improvements.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates and goals.
• Develop worker relations strategies and ensure safety
• Train new employees on duties and FXG policies including safety.
• Mentor and develop other Operations Supervisors.
• Adapt to change and maintain professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
