Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Chicago is seeking an Operations Manager–level professional to supervise and advance federally funded workforce programs. You will oversee policy implementation, staff training, and performance monitoring while ensuring contract compliance.

The role emphasizes extreme customer service, data-driven oversight, and leadership of cross-functional teams to deliver quality services across the community.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Business, Education or Human Resource field or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of experience working with the Workforce Investment Opportunity Act (WIOA), with a minimum of three years in a supervisory capacity.
• Skills/Abilities: Project management, organizational, personnel, problem solving and data analysis skills; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the applicable program to meet/exceed defined goals. Maintain subject matter expert level knowledge on all applicable laws for the identified program.
• Communicate new/modified policies to staff; provide technical assistance to center staff to improve performance and quality.
• Work with Quality Performance & Training Specialist to ensure program compliance.
• Identify and monitor strategies, SOPs to ensure program compliance and success.
• Be the point person for programmatic issues and resolutions.
• Develop and deliver program-specific training; ensure staff demonstrate required knowledge and skills.
