Job summary

Align is seeking an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our Managed Services and Professional Services organizations. This role will develop the operating processes, performance insights, dashboards, forecasting models, and AI-enabled solutions that help leaders make better decisions and improve execution.

The ideal candidate is an operations leader who is highly analytical and comfortable working across business functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, business operations, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience improving operational processes and establishing scalable workflows or operating rhythms.
• Advanced experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI or a comparable business intelligence platform.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable procedures and operational rhythms to improve efficiency, consistency, accountability, and service delivery.
• Partner with Managed Services, Professional Services, Finance, People Operations, Sales, Technology, and executive leadership to execute priorities and align reporting and operational needs.
• Track operational expenditures and financial performance, monitor KPIs, and conduct ROI analyses to support decisions.
• Support planning cycles, manage milestones for key operational initiatives, and translate complex information into executive recommendations.
• Establish operational scorecards, business reviews, and accountability mechanisms connected to outcomes.
• Identify bottlenecks, control gaps, and opportunities for standardization, then lead improvements that are measurable.
• Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions using Power BI and related tools.
• Analyze operational, financial, project, and service-delivery data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
• Develop forecasting models for resource planning, utilization, project performance, revenue, backlog, capacity, and service operations.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems to create consistent, decision-ready reporting.
• Translate datasets into findings and actions for leadership.
• Increase dashboard adoption by guiding users and gathering feedback.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to workflows and reporting.
• Design AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power Automate, and related technologies.
• Reduce repetitive manual work by automating reporting, data prep, notifications, approvals, and other recurring processes.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and recommend business use cases based on value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption and document solutions.
