Qualifications

• 12+ years of operational leadership in professional services or equivalent industries.
• Proven track record leading technology-enabled transformation and workflow modernization.
• Strong process mapping, metrics, and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own firmwide operations across offices and func­tions with high accountability.
• Define operating cadence with weekly metrics, monthly reviews, quarterly plans.
• Lead technology-enabled transformation including AI, automation, and data platforms.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive change while maintaining client focus.
