Clariness is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead scalable operational processes across the organization. You will design, document, and optimize workflows, build controls, and drive improvements with automation and AI.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, analyze performance data, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor the team to foster operational excellence in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in operations, process management, or project management.
• Strong expertise in process mapping, workflow design, and operational documentation.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into improvements.
• Experience using automation and AI to improve processes in regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and continuously improve scalable operational processes, workflows, and controls.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality, and performance.
