Align is seeking an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our Managed Services and Professional Services organizations. This role will develop the operating processes, performance insights, dashboards, forecasting models, and AI-enabled solutions that help leaders make better decisions and improve execution.

The ideal candidate is an operations leader who is highly analytical and comfortable working across business functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, business operations, data analytics, or related fields.
• Experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable procedures and operational rhythms to improve efficiency.
• Partner with multiple functions to align reporting and operational needs.
• Track expenditures, monitor KPIs, and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
• Translate data into executive-level recommendations and drive decisions.
• Establish dashboards and scorecards to measure performance and drive improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead practical process improvements.
