Dirt Fighters in St Louis is seeking an energetic Operations Coordinator to manage scheduling, dispatch, and day-to-day logistics for our cleaning crews. You’ll coordinate routes, respond to client inquiries, and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strongly align with Dirt Fighters’ Core Values.
• Work primarily from our office in St Louis (South County, near 55/270), with a portion of the work done at client sites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to absorb chaos and stress from crews and clients while problem solving.
• Eye for details and ability to prioritize many competing priorities as you switch between tabs, texts, and calls.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace with an aptitude to learn new software/systems.
• Prior experience in dispatching service crews is preferred; for entry level, experience in retail, restaurant service, or administrative roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer client calls and emails to schedule our service (cleaning).
• Build the schedule for cleaning crews for the next workday, determining best routes.
• Troubleshoot problems over the phone with Crew Leaders and Clients (keys, parking, etc).
• Manage inventory in the warehouse by assessing inventory and placing orders.
• Deliver supplies to crews at their worksite as needed.
• Repair vacuums and cleaning supplies.
