Dirt Fighters is a decade-old company in St Louis, providing cleaning services to multifamily and commercial clients. We’re growing and seeking an organized, detail-oriented ops coordinator to support day-to-day work with crews and client needs.

You will open schedules, assign routes, track supplies, troubleshoot issues by phone, and help lead or bridge gaps during crew shortages, while maintaining careful records and communicating clearly with clients and team.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize many competing priorities and stay organized.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
• Entry-level backgrounds in retail, restaurant service or administrative roles considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Answer client calls and emails to schedule our service (cleaning).
• Build the schedule for our cleaning crews for the next workday; determine best routes and requirements.
• Troubleshoot problems over the phone with Crew Leaders and Clients (keys, parking, etc).
• Manage inventory in the warehouse by assessing inventory and placing orders.
• Deliver supplies to crews at their worksites and repair vacuums and cleaning supplies.
• Lead cleaning crews during gaps from vacations or illnesses as needed.
• Conduct cleaning interviews with new candidates and coordinate training.
• Maintain cleaning standards inside office and warehouse.
• Open the mail, file documents; deposit client checks; track and report KPIs.
