Job summary

Harvest Strategy Group is seeking a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day account and inventory operations, oversee staff, processes, and controls for receivables management, supplier operations, and client requirements. This hybrid role focuses on operational leadership, data integrity, process improvements, and team development, with third-party agencies and law firms as suppliers.

The position does not manage consumer collections or call centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/ops/finance.
• 8+ years in accounts receivable or financial operations with leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily account and inventory operations and staff.
• Oversee onboarding, placements, reconciliations, and account lifecycle.
• Develop dashboards for timeliness, accuracy, and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve discrepancies and improve controls.
• Drive process improvements and automation to reduce manual work.
