• Strong understanding of inventory management, reconciliations, and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations for inventory control and account lifecycle processing.
• Oversee onboarding, placements, recalls, and data reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Lead managers and staff with coaching, workload planning, and performance management.
• Establish SOPs, client work instructions, SLAs, and escalation procedures.
• Monitor performance dashboards and drive timely resolution of issues.
