Job summary

Ascension Living is seeking an accomplished revenue-cycle leader to drive enterprise-wide accounts receivable operations and cash acceleration initiatives. You will shape AR policies, reduce DSO, and oversee payer risk mitigation and bad debt strategies.

The role emphasizes mentorship of AR and collections teams across multiple regions in a fully remote setting. Leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle and a track record of delivering measurable improvements are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Accounts Receivable or revenue-cycle teams in healthcare.
• Proven ability to reduce DSO and aged receivables through policy and workflow improvements.
• Leadership experience in multi-region or multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide AR operations, credit and collection strategies, and cash acceleration initiatives.
• Formulate AR metrics, workflows, and policy standards to reduce DSO and aged balances.
• Lead payer risk mitigation, denial management, and bad debt strategies; mentor teams.
