Qualifications

• Experience extracting insights from large datasets and identifying root causes.
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management and AR processes.
• Ability to translate data findings into practical action plans and improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, tailored for clients and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own complex AR investigations from question to resolution and monitoring.
• Query and analyze large datasets to identify AR, denial, reimbursement trends.
• Define root causes and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Write SQL queries for operational analysis and performance monitoring.
• Prepare client‑specific AR reviews and executive summaries.
• Participate in meetings on behalf of AR leadership and coordinate across teams.
• Develop ongoing monitoring to confirm corrective actions work.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and strengthen controls.
