Quadax is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Operations Leader to oversee both onshore and offshore teams. You will drive AR accuracy, SLA adherence, and staff development while coordinating with global partners to meet client expectations.

The role requires strong communication skills, expertise in Excel/Word, and the ability to implement SOPs and performance plans. Initial in-office training is followed by a hybrid schedule in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.

Competenze

• Accounts receivable background strongly preferred.
• Experience with payment posting at a revenue cycle management company preferred.
• Experience with healthcare claims and claims billing software preferred.
• Two or four year degree in business or related field or equivalent management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; excellent written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Supervise accounts receivable staff and offshore/onshore teams.
• Manage month-end closing procedures and deadlines.
• Analyze AR balances and aging; explain fluctuations.
• Maintain staff training; develop and implement SOPs.
• Lead change; propose process improvements and RPA opportunities.
