Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking an Accounts Receivable Operations Manager to lead AR operations, portal administration, and customer support globally. The role focuses on timely invoicing, collections, and performance reporting, driving process improvements, and supporting growth in a manufacturing/tech environment.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in AR, strong leadership, and expertise in Excel/reporting, with a background in a global business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or Credit & Collections experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience working in a global business environment.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• AR Operations Leadership: supervise daily AR activities, SLAs, SOPs, audits, scaling initiatives.
• Portal Administration & Customer Enablement: own invoices portals, onboarding, billing compliance.
• Customer Inquiry Management: manage AR shared mailboxes, inquiries, reconciliations, KPIs.
• Collections & Escalation Management: lead global collection activities and disputes.
• Reporting & Analytics: deliver AR reports, dashboards, and cash forecasting.
• First-Line Escalation Management: handle payment disputes and portal issues.
• Leadership Responsibilities: coach AR team, performance management, training, continuous improvement.
