Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking an Accounts Receivable Operations Manager to lead AR operations, portal administration, inquiries, collections, and analytics. You will drive process improvements and collaborate across Sales, IT, and Customer Service to optimize working capital.

Minimum 7+ years in AR or related fields with 3+ years in leadership and strong Excel/reporting skills in a global manufacturing environment. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or Credit & Collections experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• AR Leadership: supervise daily AR operations, establish SLAs, develop SOPs, ensure policy compliance, support scaling.
• Portal Administration & Customer Enablement: own invoicing portals, monitor submissions, onboarding, and reporting.
• Customer Inquiry Management: manage shared mailboxes, respond to inquiries, oversee reconciliations and KPIs.
• Collections & Escalation Management: lead global collections, review aged balances, escalate risks.
• Reporting & Analytics: deliver AR reports, dashboards, analyze DSO and aging, support cash forecasting.
• First-Line Escalation Management: handle disputes, high-value past-due balances, portal issues.
• Leadership Responsibilities: coach AR team, performance management, training, continuous improvement.
