Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Opportunity Specialist/Lead Sales Coordinator to identify, pre-qualify, follow up, quote-to-sale and call on both non-contract and current customers to grow awareness of heating and cooling services. You will warm leads, prepare estimates, set appointments and turn quotes into sales with professional persistence.

Qualifications

• 3 years of in-home sales experience.
• Prior selling experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment a plus.
• Strong negotiating and handling objections skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pre-qualify, and call on non-contract customers and current contract customers to increase awareness of company service offerings.
• Warm leads provided by One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating. No Canvassing, No Cold Calling with uncapped commissions opportunity
• Prepare estimates and proposals.
• Follow-up on sales leads while being professionally persistent.
• Set and verify appointments.
• Ability to turn quotes into sales.
• Competitive nature, active listener, problem solver, disciplined with the ability to adapt.
• Manage multiple opportunities particularly focusing on selling service agreements and new equipment.
• Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Demonstrate technical expertise and maintains a high level of credibility.
• Recommend solutions and handle customer objectives with a total value solution and competitive advantage(s).
• Positively and credibly influence customers.
• Develop proposals and contracts for residential service agreements.
• Strong follow-up skills by both phone and email
• Negotiate value while handling objections with solutions and closing the sale.
• Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Prior Selling Experience
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment a plus

• Computer proficiency to Microsoft Word and Excel
• Spanish a Plus
