One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a driven sales professional with 2–5 years of experience to join our team on the East Coast. The role focuses on presenting replacement HVAC options, educating customers, and closing deals in residential and light commercial settings.

You will learn our sales system, manage multiple opportunities, prepare proposals, and maintain margins while delivering excellent customer service and credibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience is required.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and technical skills required.
• Must pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and implement One Hour sales system, procedures and ethics.
• Manage multiple opportunities, focusing on replacement equipment and service agreements.
• Recommend solutions aligned with customer objectives to close opportunities.
• Complete all paperwork timely, including financing paperwork and cash handling.
• Write and present proposals clearly and effectively.
• Maintain sales margins in jobs as directed by supervisor.
• Show a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving.
• Demonstrate technical credibility and maintain expertise.
• Keep company vehicle clean inside and out.

Job Summary

This position provides customer options, design, and education in the sale of replacement HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting.

Job Duties

• Learns and implements One Hour sales system, procedures and ethical practices
• Manages multiple ongoing opportunities particularly focusing on selling replacement equipment and service agreements.
• Recommends solutions and links customer objectives to total value solution in order to convert opportunities into sold work.
• Completes all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner on all leads, including financing paperwork and the collection of cash payments.
• Effectively writes and presents proposals.
• Maintains sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisor
• Conveys a safety‑conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Demonstrates technical expertise and maintains a high level of credibility
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience required
• HVAC trade experience a plus
• Must display strong communication (listening included) skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
