HVAC Community Outreach and Lead Generation Specialist Realistic First-Year Earnings: $50,000–$100,000+

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and self-disciplined HVAC Community Outreach and Lead Generation Specialist who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and being rewarded based on results rather than hours worked.

This position includes neighborhood canvassing, but it is not limited to knocking on doors. You will have multiple ways to generate qualified HVAC leads throughout the community, and the company will provide a marketing budget to help you create opportunities.

What You’ll Do

You will introduce homeowners and community partners to our heating and air conditioning services while generating qualified appointments for our comfort advisors.

Lead-generation Opportunities May Include

• Neighborhood canvassing and door-to-door outreach
• Distributing door hangers and other promotional materials
• Placing and managing yard signs
• Organizing and attending home shows and community events
• Participating in local parades and festivals
• Building relationships with real estate agents, property managers, contractors, plumbers, electricians, and other referral partners
• Participating in BNI and other local networking groups
• Developing creative grassroots marketing campaigns
• Following up with potential customers and referral partners
• Managing a company-provided community marketing budget
• Tracking leads, appointments, activities, and results

We want someone who can do more than simply knock on doors. We are looking for someone who can become a recognizable and trusted representative of our company throughout the community.

Compensation

Realistic First-Year Earnings: $50,000–$100,000+

• Earn up to $200 for every qualified appointment you generate
• Earn an additional 3% of every completed sale resulting from your appointments
• Multiple ways to generate leads—not just door knocking
• Company-provided budget for approved marketing and community outreach activities
• Unlimited earning potential—the more qualified opportunities you create, the more you can earn

Qualified appointment requirements and commission details will be discussed during the interview.

No HVAC experience is required. We will teach you the industry, our services, and how to identify potential customer opportunities.

What we cannot teach is work ethic, confidence, personal accountability, and the willingness to keep going after hearing “no.”
