Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking an accountable, process-oriented Treatment Center Director to lead our Opiate Treatment Program (OTP). This role oversees a diverse team of nurses, counselors and support staff, ensuring efficient daily operations and adherence to regulatory standards.

You will partner with the Medical Director and QA/QI teams to monitor performance, drive census growth, manage budgets, and implement improvements that enhance patient care while maintaining confidentiality and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience as administrator of a clinical program.
• Understanding of HIPAA, CARF/JCAHO standards and regulations.
• Strong leadership and supervision abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Satisfactory drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manage clinic operations to budgeted results.
• Interview, hire, train clinic staff.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory bodies (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA).
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Develop reports on key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and QA/QI activities.
