Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead and optimize our Opiate Treatment Program across multiple sites. You will guide Treatment Center Directors, manage budgets, and drive growth while ensuring high-quality patient care.

The role requires strategic vision, strong people leadership, and deep knowledge of opioid treatment regulations. A dynamic, results-oriented leader with a track record of regional success is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ten (10) years of relevant management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret financial data.
• Outpatient setting multi-site responsibility and MAT experience required.
• Strong knowledge on current drug abuse and treatment information—opioid maintenance treatment trends.
• Demonstrated success in building high performing operating teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and time management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to develop long-term solutions.
• Ability to coach and manage Treatment Center Directors, Clinical Supervisors and Directors.
• Satisfactory references and criminal background check.
• Satisfactory drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction and leadership to Treatment Center Directors (TCD) staff.
• Leads change by communicating vision and gaining staff commitment.
• Aligns business objectives to BayMark Health’s strategic goals.
• Establishes yearly goals and assists managers with annual goals, reviews progress quarterly.
• Tracks progress on established success metrics.
• Oversees book of business within region and identifies market opportunities.
• Assumes fiscal responsibility through budgetary planning and implementation.
• Partners with National Support staff to drive profitable growth and quality patient care.
• Mentors leaders and develops talent to ensure staff can carry out business strategies.
• Supports performance management and accountability through feedback.
• Contributes to annual operating and long-term strategic planning.
• Collaborates to evaluate results and develop future vision and plans.
• Becomes familiar with OTP laws and regulations and ensures compliance.
• Incorporates CQI for patient safety and satisfaction.
• Promotes team building and collaboration; rewards achievements.
• Coaches in career growth and succession planning at system level.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Participates in developing regional policies and directives.
