Belite Bio in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness and ongoing growth within the eye care community. You will educate retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and other healthcare providers on disease state and patient access, while partnering with cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

5+ years in pharma/biotech or medical device sales.
Ophthalmology/retina experience preferred.
Prior product launch experience.
Willingness to travel 20-60%.
Must reside in territory.

Responsibilities

Translate national brand strategy into territory plan and tactics to meet objectives.
Drive product adoption and educate on disease state and patient access.
Build disease knowledge and deliver compliant, compelling messaging.
Develop relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and eye-care staff.
Manage territory budget and resources with an ownership mindset.
Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Ops.
Represent Belite Bio at regional/national conferences and events.
Ensure FDA/pharma compliance and ethical standards.
