Qualifications

• Proficiency with basic computer programs and electronic scheduling systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all patient appointments and surgeries, including emergencies and add-ons.
• Manage patient information, post-surgery data and pre-surgery paperwork to ensure timely visits.
• Assemble and file medical charts, reports and correspondence.
• Answer phones and coordinate surgeries across physicians and facilities.
• Instruct patients on medical history forms and preparation steps for surgery.
