Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare management, business, or related field; minimum 3-5 years of related work and staff management experience.
• Operational management knowledge of retail or medical offices and best practices.
• Experience with ophthalmology industry and electronic practice management systems.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees patient census for assigned office; monitors staffing and doctor schedules.
• Prepares and controls the clinic budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
• Develops, implements, and maintains budgetary and resource allocation plans.
• Leads daily huddles and monthly office meetings to communicate updates.
• Partners with HR for talent acquisition, performance reviews, and attendance.
• Ensures compliance with State, Federal and other regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).
