Job summary

AVP•SEES Group is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee daily ophthalmology clinic operations, improve patient flow, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will lead clinical and front desk teams, drive staff development, and optimize workflows in partnership with physicians and administrators.

The role emphasizes training, protocol adherence, and delivering high-quality patient care while supporting the practice’s growth and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; RN license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and optimize patient flow with providers and staff.
• Lead clinical and front desk teams, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop staff, training plans, and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Monitor financial and performance statements and drive improvement actions.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, insurers, and referring providers.
• Ensure confidentiality and uphold professional standards in patient care.
