Atlantic Eye Institute is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee clinical activity across multiple locations, directing technicians and ensuring patient flow. The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory knowledge, and clinical process expertise.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of ophthalmology clinic leadership, iJCAHPO COA certification, and strong communication skills to manage staff and ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years' leadership experience in a multi-specialty ophthalmology clinic.
• Current iJCAHPO COA certification required; COT or higher preferred.
• MedSoft - Nextech/ICP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily clinic and patient flow.
• Complies with all practice procedures and protocols; adheres to state and federal regulations.
